The accreditation process is digital and must be requested online through LOC.
- Broadcasters’ on-site personnel at all Championship venues must be approved through accreditation.
- Rights Holders will obtain a separate category.
- Rights holding RTV personnel will have access according to job function requirements.
- LOC Trondheim 2025, in cooperation with NRK Host Broadcaster, will handle all applications from TV and radio companies.
- Systems, groups, and categories, as well as accreditation access, will be established in accordance with FIS Rules for the Organization of the World Ski Championships, rule 11.9.
- FIS Season Accreditations are not valid for the World Ski Championship Trondheim 2025.

- A portrait photo must be attached to the application online
- Online registration opens 15th September 2024
- Deadline submission media accreditation 31st December 2024
Accreditation Centre
We plan to locate the Accreditation Centre in the Trondheim City Center. Sub-accreditation Centre at Granåsen Sports Venue.
Opening days: Trondheim City Center from 10th February 2025. Granåsen Venue from 17th Februay 2025. Closing after WSC.

Additional special identification:
In some areas, television staff needs supplementary access devices (e.g., armbands).
All TV cameras, microphones, and other wireless equipment must have an accreditation sticker. The Host Broadcaster NRK will hand these out in the IBC – International Broadcasting Center. The Norwegian Communications Authority must additionally approve of wireless equipment
