Media Invitation Raw Air Trondheim 2024

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Raw Air in Trondheim and Granåsen 12th – 13th March 2024. We look forward to seeing you all at our state-of-the-art venue. We aim to provide excellent working conditions and service to the media to build your excitement for returning to our World Ski Championships in 2025.

Accreditation journalists and photographers

Media representatives must apply for accreditation by the deadline 6th of March 2024.

Accreditation TV, radio and streaming
Accreditation for non-Norwegian TV, radio, and online media (video), production, and online companies will be authorized by Infront Italy, which holds the international rights to FIS Ski Jumping World Cup. For Norwegian entities, this will be handled by the LOC in cooperation with the host broadcaster (NRK). Deadline 6th of March 2024.

Note: International right holders (registered through Infront) and host broadcaster (NRK) can use the same RAW AIR accreditation in Trondheim and Vikersund as in Holmenkollen.

Accommodation
We are happy to help with media accommodation. Our partner, Scandic, offers an excellent deal at Scandic Bakklandet Hotel, by the river in Trondheim city center. Please use booking code BPRE110324 until February 19th. After this date, please email meeting@scandichotels.com with the subject “Raw Air.”

Media Center
Media Center will hold a workspace for the media at the Granåsen Kindergarten by the ski jumping venue. We will follow up with more information to accredited media.

Photographers
There will be dedicated photo zones at the Granåsen venue. Photo accreditation and photo armbands are always required.

Accreditation Office Granåsen
Please pick up your accreditation and photo armbands at the Accreditation Office at the Granåsen Ski Centre. Accreditations must be obtained in person. More information to come.

Transportation to the Granåsen Venue
The Trondheim 2025 organization aims to be the most sustainable World Ski Championships ever. Shuttle buses will transport accredited media regularly from selected bus stops in the city center. There will be limited parking space at the Granåsen Sports Venue. For special needs, please contact Transportation Manager Bjørn Harald Vik transportation@trondheim2025.no
