To register as a volunteer, follow these steps
Step 1
Read about the various volunteer tasks you can apply for here.
Step 2
Sign up as a volunteer by clicking the green button for the desired event. You will be directed to a new page where you should click the blue "SIGN UP" button.
Step 3
Register necessary information about yourself to proceed, ensuring that the details you provide match those in the national registry. This will avoid any issues if you wish to log in with VIPPS in the app. Note: If you already have a Rubic profile, click the "Log in" button.
Step 4
Once you have registered, you should create a username and password for your Rubic profile. This profile will be used to log in to the Rubic Connect app. It is essential not to skip this step.
Step 5
Enter your three preferred areas of work. You can also upload a photo and your CV if desired. Finally, click the "Apply" button. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with further information.
Note: You will have the opportunity to edit or modify your application later.
Step 6
Download the Rubic Connect app. Log in using the username and password you created during registration. In the app, you will find more information about meetings, conferences, kick-offs, and other exciting events related to the World Cup or World Championships. You will also find essential information about your shift and contact details for your supervisor at a later stage. All volunteers are required to download the app.
