We have two accreditation centers

Medal Plaza

Opening hours:

10th - 16th February: 12:00-18:00 (Wednesday 12th 12:00-20:00)

17th - 23rd February: 08:00-20:00

24th February - 9th March: 14:00-20:30

Granåsen

Opening hours:

17th – 23rd February: 10:00-17:00

24th February – 9th March: 07:00-20:00

If you are staying at one of the official team hotels (Scandic Lerkendal and Quality Panorama), you will receive your accreditation upon check-in. For those not staying there, accreditation must be collected at the accreditation center. We encourage all teams to collect their accreditation at Medal Plaza.

If you do not have a FIS season accreditation, you must send a personal photo by email to: accreditation@trondheim2025.no. Mark the email with the subject "Photo for Accreditation". File name: "Firstname_Lastname.JPG"

Access

Your accreditation card is required to enter Team Hotel, Granåsen and Medal Plaza, and must be worn at all times. Bib or arm sleeve gives you access to the courses and ski jumping hill. Your card also gives you access to shuttle buses. 

The FIS season accreditation will not be valid.

 

Collect accreditation

If you are staying at one of the official team hotels (Scandic Lerkendal and Quality Panorama), you will receive your accreditation upon check-in.

For those not staying there, accreditation must be collected at the accreditation center. If so, we encourage you to collect accreditation at Medal Plaza.

We encourage you to send one person to pick up the cards for your whole team, but this needs to be planned in advance. Please send an e-mail to accreditation@trondheim2025.no by 10th February with the following info: 

  • Which team. 
  • Who is picking up the cards (must be accredited as part of your team).
  • Date of pickup, and at which center. 

 Please bring your own passport when picking up cards for yourself or your team. Don’t wait until the last minute – there might be a line. 

 

Para Cross-Country athletes and teams

Those who don’t register through the FIS online entry system need to apply for accreditation. This includes the Para Cross-Country athletes and teams. You will find the application form and information by using the link below. Deadline is 5th February.

For all Para Teams, accreditation will be distributed in Steinkjer on 2nd March.
