Opening Ceremony
26th February at 20:00 the Opening Ceremony will take place at Medal Plaza.
Medal Award Ceremonies
Medal Plaza is located at the city square in Trondheim, and we look forward to welcoming up to 25 000 attendees each evening during the championship.
All Medal Award Ceremonies except on the 9th March will take place at Medal Plaza. Medal Ceremony 9th March will be in Granåsen after CC 50 km Women.
All Medal Ceremonies will start 20:00. You will find the Medal Ceremony Schedule on page below.
Before each ceremony there will be live concerts starting at 18:30.
Medalist
The top three contestants in each discipline will at the flower ceremony, receive more information about the ceremonies and the facilities they will meet at medal plaza once the results are confirmed.
The athletes will be transported by the LOC from Granåsen to Medal Plaza and will be taken to the Green Room. Here you find light refreshments, snacks and an opportunity to get a touchup of hair and makeup.
There will also be a sub-antidoping center located next to the greenroom for those unable to take their test in Granåsen.
